No. Pack 360 works as a monthly service and can be canceled for the following cycle. The service remains active until the end of the already paid period.

No. The monthly fee covers strategy, setup, content and management of the campaigns included in the plan. Ads budget is defined by the client and paid directly to the platforms.

In Pack 360 Presence, the simple monthly adjustment applies to an existing campaign page and may include a simple text, image, call-to-action or specific block adjustment. The plan includes 2 posts, 2 stories, 1 simple campaign in 1 channel, up to 2 simple ad creatives per month derived from the posts and materials sent by the client, and basic AI-assisted support for FAQs and initial routing. It does not include creating a full new landing page, redesign, extensive copywriting, weekly optimization, A/B testing, multiple advanced audiences, multiple platforms, advanced strategy, commercial qualification, integrations, advanced flows, CRM or custom automations. In the Conversion and Growth plans, monthly interventions keep the scope of each plan.

No. AI-assisted support helps answer questions, collect contacts and organize conversations. When needed, the conversation can be routed to the human team.

Yes. To move forward with quality, the client should send logo, images, videos, service information, contacts, access credentials and other required materials.

No. Included Reels are created from material sent by the client. On-site capture, audiovisual production and advanced editing are quoted separately.

It depends on the plan. All plans include website chat and WhatsApp. Pack 360 Conversion adds Instagram and Facebook. Pack 360 Growth allows more channels and up to two WhatsApp connections, depending on technical feasibility.
